PINTURAS CHAMPION
DEL ECUADOR was founded in
the city
of Guayaquil - Ecuador in the month of October
1989 by
Mr. Peter Kusijanovic Trujillo. |
He
started it on the sixth floor of an ancient building downtown,
where he stayed during six months while he sold his initial
product--
IDEAL LATEX (super economic vinyl paint) to the
paint stores, of
construction materials, hardware stores,
construction companies,
architects, engineers, etc. |

The
month of April of the year 1990, he moved his small facility to
this
single place rented in the centre-south of the city, with
an area of only
100 squared meters. From over here, he started
selling his unique
“ideal” Latex paint (vinyl super economical)
toward other cities of
Ecuador.

HIS FIRST MACHINE
A nice memory, the
machine with which he started his manufactures (in
small
production lots) in the year 1989, is a single based
industrial drill, to
which many adjustments had to be made for
making it work. This was the
machine giving him the
experience for the improvement of the current
machines.

Four years later, he
proceeded on the construction of his own ships in a
hardly
inhabited industrial sector and yet without paved streets, and
he
began with other new products such as: Lacquers, Enamels,
Primers,
Mastics, Sealers, etc, which for that time, it meant
indeed imposing as a
complete factory with just few years of
rising.
